72. The Power of Being, Not Becoming

In this episode, we explore the power of being versus constantly becoming. We dive into the struggle of always wanting to be someone or somewhere else, and how that can prevent us from fully appreciating where we are right now. I share my personal reflections on the pressure to constantly strive for more and how it often leads to feelings of inadequacy.

We also discuss the freedom that comes from self-acceptance and the power of embracing who you are in the present moment, flaws and all. I share some practices that have helped me stay grounded, like journaling, prayer, affirmations, and mindfulness, and how they’ve shifted my mindset from always becoming to simply being.

Main Takeaway: You don’t have to constantly strive to become more in order to be enough—embracing who you are right now is where the true power lies.
